Nicole Loumeau Rut #2

After we got this assignment last Thursday, some friends invited me to go out to a karaoke bar. Of course my initial reaction was “no way jose”, but then after I remembered this assignment, I said, “What the heck why not”. I went, still thinking I would just watch, but then I swallowed my fear and sang a duet in front of too many people I did not know. It was so fun I ended up going back on the stage three more times! Now I’m thinking of getting a group of people to go every Thursday night and become regulars at the karaoke bar. Who knew I would love it so much?
