Mis-inscription Creative Post

I just thought this was so clever.  It seemed like a really creative way to play with what "Fine" really means.

  1. This is the coolest play with typography. When we generally ask someone if they're okay and they respond "I'm fine" we take that answer and walk away. Are we taking the time to really check to see if they're fine?

  2. It took me a minute to realize that it was the same etching just flipped. Way cool. Interesting to see what you can do with different letters and how they for, around each other and into another letter at a different angle.

  3. That is really cool! It does explore the human psyche. I don't know how many complete strangers walk by me, smile and say "Hey, how's it going?" and I just say "Good, you?" and they say "Good!" On the surface, we've just had a conversation, but in reality, zero communication took place, and for all we know they're not doing "fine." Great find!

  4. That is really something. It's not just saying something else upside down. It is the complete opposite. It is a cry for help.
