In winter the ground gets cold
Everything changes and trees grow old
Wind blows and butterflies lay and rest
Summer wont come, I can feel it in the chest
Time to change before its to late
Drop the leaves before that certain date
Falling from the sky and lying
Its cold but its not dying
These times always seem worse than they are
Creatures of mother nature wont get to far
But it eventually all has to end
When butterflies come out to befriend
Temperatures rise and spirits fallow
It creeps along and says bye to sorrow
Branches begin to turn and go green
And all around the place changes scenes
In the summer the ground gets warm
People come out and everyone swarms
Kids are out and the sun is high
We love this time when there isn't a cloud in the sky
Hahaha, I love the vagueness!!!
